Support
Accessibility
Moto Academy aims to keep the website readable, navigable, and clear across common devices and assistive browsing settings.
This page summarises how content is structured, how forms communicate status, and how visitors can request help if a page or control is difficult to use.
Accessibility support for the website is separate from lesson confirmation. Training requests still follow the written review model described on the contact page.
Website access support
- Pages use a single main content area and visible headings so visitors can move through sections with a predictable structure.
- Navigation links are available through the header and footer, including routes to Training, Riding Skills, Courses, and Contact.
- Forms include labels, consent text, and a written status message after submission so inquiry steps remain understandable.
- Images include descriptive alternative text where they support the content and help convey the training settings described on the page.
Requesting help
If a visitor has difficulty using a page or form, they can contact Moto Academy through the training request form with the page name, device/browser, and a short description of the issue.
Please include enough detail for a clear reply. Accessibility questions about the website can be sent through the same contact route used for training requests, and replies are provided in writing.
Training requests remain subject to availability. Submitting an inquiry does not automatically confirm a lesson, even when the message also mentions an accessibility concern.
